It doesn’t matter if you decided to join Scentsy as a hobby, you decided to join Scentsy to take it to the top, or anywhere in between. The same concept applies.

Yep, it burns. Trust me when I say I know how much this concept stings our ego. It would be so much more convenient if this was someone else’s fault now wouldn’t it?
This is your moment to stop duck shoving the blame and at the risk of sounding glib – take a long hard look at yourself.
Permission To Fail:
The biggest catalyst for destruction in any direct sales business, is a concept I like to call “permission to fail”. The instant that you shift the responsibility for your circumstances to an external force, you rob yourself of your power to change for the better.
Scary huh? In a nutshell (and I apologise if this seems to cross the tough-love barrier), Scentsy is not failing you; you are failing Scentsy.
There is a silver lining here, I promise.
Here is your chance to stop giving yourself permission to fail. This is where you take back that ownership. It’s your opportunity to realise that there is no perfect time, and no perfect journey. Think About What Before Why:
When we initially join Scentsy we are encouraged to think about our “Scentsy Why”. It’s a great strategy, until it isn’t. Now I want you to think back to what you wanted when you joined Scentsy.
Really envisage exactly what you were setting out to achieve. Make that dream as wild and as crazy and as over the top as you want. When you have it in your mind’s eye- ask yourself this: “is it coming to me, or am I going to go and get it?”
Even more powerfully, think about what happens if you don’t.
